Her most emotional adoption ever. (Tia Torres)
Greatest Dog Moment~
Cheryl had a rough life. She was a heroin addict.
Tia Torres, Founder of Villalobos Rescue Center, interviewed by Pet Finder, says that Cheryl was arrested and of course was forced to leave her dog Roxy Mama and her puppies. A friend of a friend took Roxy Mama and pups to their home. Source Story
Tia Torres told Pet Finder that Cheryl and Roxy was one of her “greatest dog moments.”
Rewind… When Tia got Roxy, she was very aggressive all around to both dogs and people. She was anxious and unsettled all the time.
Tia notices the fancy pink collar on the dog with rhinestones on the tag…
It just didn’t look like something an owner
who didn’t care would put on their dog. So I began to look for her owner
and ultimately she found her way to me. I wanted to give her a chance
So Here is Cheryl..she found her way to Tia and Villalobos Rescue Center.
It’s almost time to re-connect Cheryl to Roxy.
A beautiful and tearful reunion as Roxy RUNS to Cheryl completely recognizing her immediately.
Tia herself is crying as she witnesses Roxy behaving so different from the way she acted, aggressive all the time.
Roxy was kissing Cheryl and Cheryl was hugging and kissing Roxy Mama.
Here is one happy Roxy Mama
Enjoy this wonderful reunion!
